2012-13 SCC Male Athlete of the Year:
Buck Logan...
rushed 252 times this past fall for a
total of 1330 yards. He averaged 5.3 yards per carry, 133 yards per
game and his longest run of the year went for 47 yards. He had 8
touchdowns (6 rushing and 2 receiving) for the Panthers as they
played their first season on the new turf field at historic Hughes
Stadium. His best game of the year game at home against Merced as
the Panthers rolled to a 41-15 win and Buck ran for 229 yards and
found the end zone 3 times.
Logan was selected to the Mid-Empire All-Conference team and was
also a 1st Team All-California Offensive selection, both as an
All-Purpose Player. He has signed to play at this fall at Indiana
State University for the NCAA Division I Sycamores.
